Coach and Referee Feedback

To reschedule a STATE, XL or IRL GAME, you must first contact the opposing team and work out a new time that works for both teams. Once you figure out a time, the Home team must contact their field assignor and referee assignor to make sure that refs and fields are available. Once all parties have been contacted and have agreed to the reschedule you can email the game number, new time, date and location to scheduler@utahyouthsoccer.net and we will reschedule it in our system. Thanks!

It is strongly advised not to CANCEL a game without agreeing to a RESCHEDULE date.  There have been instances where a team has "requested" to cancel a game and reschedule it.  However when the ability to agree to a reschedule date fails, the game must be played as originally scheduled online.  This can be problematic if you have already told your team the game has been cancelled and they have made other plans (such as going out of town.)  Therefore, do not agree to cancel a game until you can confirm a reschedule date/time/location.  This is one of the reasons for a 72 hour timeframe.  Allowable reschedules are suppose to be pre-arranged and not last minute deals.

This also applies to having your game location and time listed online.  Anything listed as TBD must be updated online at least 72 hours prior to the intended start time of the match or you run the risk of having the game considered a forfeit for you.  It takes time to get everyone and everything in place for a game to happen without drama.  It is expected that the field information and game time is posted at least 72 hours prior to the game start time.

To reschedule a DISTRICT OR PROVISIONAL game for spring 2013, you must first contact the opposing team and work out a new time that works for both teams. Once you figure out a time, the Home team must contact their field assignor and referee assignor to make sure that refs and fields are available. Once all parties have been contacted and have agreed to the reschedule, please go to uysadist4.org, click on Coach/Referee feedback, fill out the form with the game number, new time, date and location and we will reschedule it in our system.
